Call Waiting
  "Call Waiting" enables you to receive important or urgent calls even if you are being on the phone. It provides a convenient way to handle two calls at once.
Conference Calling
  "Conference Calling" lets you talk to two people at the same time- even though each of you is in a different place, or both of the calls are international calls. You may also put one caller on hold and talk privately with another.

Duplex Number Ringing
  "Duplex Number Ringing" lets you have 2 different telephone numbers for a single telephone line. Each number has a different ring tone that allows you to distinguish the nature of your calls, e.g. phone or fax calls, private or business calls, local or international calls.
CND Per Line Blocking
  "CND per Line Blocking" allows your telephone number not displayed at the called party's side when you make outgoing calls.

Block-the-Blocker
  "Block-the-Blocker" enables you to reject the callers who do not transmit their phone numbers. The rejected calls will be routed to a recorded voice message, announce in English and Cantonese, to advise the callers that you do not wish to receive anonymous calls.
Do-Not-Disturb
  You can choose to use "Do-Not-Disturb" function if you would not like to be disturbed at some moments. The caller will get a busy tone. User will get a ring tone in order to remind user that there is an incoming call. On the other hand, you can still make outgoing calls.

Speed Dial
  "Speed Dial" enables you to store up to 10 frequently used phone numbers, local or international. All your numbers are stored in our system so that you can still access those numbers even if you change to a new model telephone set or in despite of the power failures.
Call Pick-Up
  "Call Pick-Up" allows you to answer other people's calls without leaving your desk. It's great when others are not available or your're not at your own phone.

Call Transfer
  "Call Transfer" enables you to transfer your call to the right person.
Appointment Service
  "Appointment Service" enables you to program your phone to call you at a specific time (set after 15 minutes), just like an alarm clock. You will then never miss any important appointment.
 
Call Forwarding Bundle
 

"Call Forwarding Bundle" enables you to forward all your incoming calls to any other local telephone numbers or voice mail. Never miss a call because you are away from the office.

"Call Forwarding Bundle" has the following functions:
1. To forward All incoming calls
2.

To forward calls when your Line Is Busy

3. To forward calls when No One Answers

Remote Call Forwarding
  ˇ§Remote Call Forwardingˇ¨ enables you to forward your incoming calls to any other local telephone numbers or voice mail by any phone from anywhere.
 
Voice Mail
 

ˇ§Voice Mailˇ¨ enables you to receive the calls even when you are away from office. Your incoming messages can be recorded and saved by directing your calls to voice mail at 3565-8888 by using Call Forwarding or Remote Call Forwarding.
